The amounts of all the non-fixed expenditure will be determined when you contact and negotiate with the respective vendor,supplier etc.

None of these expenditure, other than initial franchise fee, the telephone, internet and utility deposits and the insurance premiums, is refundable. One-half of the initial franchise fee may be refunded if you do not satisfactorily complete our training program and certain other conditions have been satisfied (see Item 5). The telephone, internet and utility deposits will generally be refundable in accordance with the term fixed by the telephone,internet and utility companies.The insurance premiums may be refundable for the future periods in accordance with the terms.
